The MANTIS ROCK CAB takes Furitek's proven MANTIS LCG competition platform and adds expanded shock mounting, a scale-detailed rock cab body and a blue titanium chassis matched to the body. It keeps the low weight and low center of gravity competition crawling demands, and it also accepts stock Axial SCX30 hardbodies. One chassis covers both comp and scale builds.

WHY MORE SHOCK POSITIONS MATTER

More Shock Mounting Holes. Much More Flex.

Shock placement has a big effect on how a crawler articulates. Compared with the original MANTIS, the ROCK CAB adds more shock mounting positions, so you are no longer locked into a single compromise setup.

Lay the shocks down or stand them up, move them inboard or outboard, and find the position that lets the axles droop and stuff freely. The result is a chassis that flexes significantly more, keeping all four tires loaded on the rock instead of lifting a wheel and losing traction.
