Refund & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding sealed and defective products.

1. Sealed Products (Change of Mind / Returns)

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an item, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be completely unopened and in its original, sealed condition.

  • Proof Required: To initiate a return, you must provide a short video showing that the package and its original seals are entirely intact.

  • Return Costs: For all change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering all related costs, including return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

2. Defective Products (Replacements)

If you receive an item that is damaged, malfunctioning, or otherwise defective, we’ve got you covered:

  • Coverage Window: We offer a 90-day replacement period starting from your original date of purchase.

  • Proof Required: To claim a replacement, you must provide video proof clearly demonstrating the defect or issue with the product.

How to Start a Claim

To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team at sales@furitek.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. The required video proof (or a link to the video if the file is too large)

Important Note: Replacements for verified defective items will be processed and shipped at no extra charge to you. However, for sealed product returns, your refund will only be processed once the item is received and inspected, minus any shipping and duties not prepaid by the sender.
