The FURITEK MANTIS LCG Competition Chassis Kit, Blue Titanium Edition gives the Axial SCX30 a lightweight, rigid titanium foundation for serious technical crawling. It keeps everything that made the original MANTIS work: ultra-low center of gravity geometry, a 15° angled skid, aluminum shock mounts, flexible body mounting and integrated rock sliders.

What sets this edition apart is suspension freedom. Additional shock mounting holes give you far more choice in where your shocks sit, so you can open up articulation, soften the chassis' reaction to terrain, and build an SCX30 that flexes much more than one on the standard MANTIS.

WHAT'S NEW IN THE BLUE TITANIUM EDITION

More Shock Mounting Holes. Much More Flex.

Compared with the standard MANTIS LCG, the Blue Titanium Edition adds more shock mounting positions to the chassis. Shock placement is one of the biggest factors in how a crawler articulates, and more holes means you are no longer locked into a single compromise setup.

Lay the shocks down or stand them up, move them inboard or outboard, and find the position that lets the axles droop and stuff freely. The result is a chassis that lets your SCX30 flex significantly more, keeping all four tires loaded and in contact with the rock instead of lifting a wheel and losing traction.

Low CG and Flex, Working Together

A low center of gravity keeps the crawler stable; suspension flex keeps it connected to the terrain. The Blue Titanium Edition is built to deliver both. The LCG layout holds mass close to the ground, the 15° angled skid helps the chassis clear ledges and transitions, and the expanded shock mounting positions let the axles follow the rock.

On off-camber climbs and broken lines, that combination means fewer lifted tires, less tippy behavior and more forward bite when you need it most.
