Introducing the Furitek MONSTER brushless power system for TRX-4MT monster truck conversion version, the system includes the FURITEK MINI GODZILLA 1410 7500kv with small size yet very powerful and fast and a Lizard Pro esc. The motor is designed with high power for the monster truck with a special firmware from the Lizard Pro ESC. This power system is a complete drop-in combo for TRX-4MT Monster Truck conversion version.

Fast and furious motor

Great little motor, with lots of speed and punch.
It gets quite hot, but it's to be expected at the high rpm the 7500kV motor can achieve. I will try to couple it to a aluminium transmission and see if it gets colder.

Great kit

I don't have enough praise for this little motor and kit. It's so small, yet so lightning fast.
I didn't use it on my monster truck, as I would most certainly be incontrollable in my novice hands, but on my Bronco.
I really like the smoothness and speed of this little motor. I ordered some more for my other rigs. :)

A real Monster kit

It runs very, very fast, despite the readings from the Furicar app (as of my previous review) which show lower rpm due to a bug. In reality, the motor is very smooth, progressive and aggressively fast.
At the suggestion of Mr. Tony from Furitek, I installed and ran the motor on my rig and what a surprise: it packs a lot of punch.
I compared it to the Cedar motor, both motors coupled to a stock gearing transmission and the same type of ESC.
IT'S A MONSTER OF A MOTOR AND KIT.
I also coupled it to a transmission with crawling gears and it combines the benefits of both worlds: it can crawl and climb really slow (the wheels start moving at about 6-8% throttle) and it can pack some speed for the trails without the need of a 2 speed transmission.

Very, very disappointed with the motor

The kit is great, but the Mini Godzilla motor is very, very, very slow; slower than the stock brushed motor... Measured on the Furicar app, this motor it is 3x slower than Cedar, Micro Komodo or Venom... It only achieves 91x100 rpm, as opposed to the others, that hit 271x100rpm with the same battery and ESC setup. Please note that I tested it on 3 different Python Pro ESCs and on 2 different Lizard Pro ESCs and the result is always the same; 3x slower than all my other 3x Cedar motors, 1x Micro Komodo and 1x Venom.
The motor runs smoothly, but it is disappointingly slow, a far cry from the advertised Monster, even though it should be at least 2x faster than the other mentioned motors, at least in theory, as it is a 7500 kV motor...
I could have gotten a defective unit, I don't know, as it is my first Mini Godzilla.
I am very, very, very disappointed, as I had high hopes for this kit... :((
