This new transmission will deliver more power and prevent torque loss. It works exceptionally well for micro crawlers (with Micro Komodo), making your vehicle look incredibly cool.

Included with this transmission is the Micro Komodo motor. Despite its small size, this motor is powerful. It can provide 120W of power and support up to a 3s battery. This motor can operate at very low speeds, enabling your crawler to move super smoothly

buy quality, you buy once and save money

I bought an FMS Fcx18 which is very attractive on paper and praised by influencers but unfortunately this European version is of horrible quality.
All the plastics are cheap and the parts break or wear out so quickly that its selling price should not exceed €80. I'm talking about the European version that I bought in Germany from France... I think there is another version (mine with white polystyrene packaging, black links and alloy stearing links as brittle as sugar,...) otherwise influencers are big sellers.
In short, this car at this price is a total ripoff and it's only worth it because there are brands like Furitek. I bought 2 Galaxy servos (unbeatable value for money), a Komodo micro and Stellar box set which in addition to being beautiful are extremely efficient from what I have been able to test because the assembly of the set is not finished yet.
Finally, the ESC Python Kosmik version (just to say that I keep a few parts from my purchase) is great.
From a very complete and intuitive app, we can manage a lot of parameters that I can't wait to discover.
In short, a very good purchase which makes me love this FCX18.

First Brushless FCX18 LC80

I bought a second fcx18 to do a complete overhaul and made it brushless. This combo with metal transmission gears has exactly what I needed. I might upgrade to the Cedar motor but this Micro Komodo is definitely proven. Just be careful reinstalling the screws because I went too tight and stripped a hole. I added a good amount of Loctite and it seems to be holding up well while driving and switching gears.

Smooth as Butter

I ordered the Stellar Transmission and Komodo Kit for my FCX24 K5 Blazer and installed it with Furiteks no.2331 Stinger brushless Power System with a recommendation from Ken @ MinishopRC . Now my K5 is a beast and undoubtably my best Mini .. I revamped the entire K5 with Brass down low ,oil shocks, links and aluminum differentials and now topped off with the Lizard Pro ESC, Receiver and the New Transmission ( sure I end up with an extra Komodo brushless motor and thats fine with me ) give it a shot you wont be disappointed
