The Cayman Pro 1/24 RTR truck was definitely the best 1/24 high-end rc crawlers of year 2023 and now we are exciting to announce a next generation, the Cayman Pro SZK.
The Cayman Pro SZK is equipped with many new improved items that help make the Cayman Pro SZK the ultimate 1/24 rc crawlers for 2024, the King of all 1/24 rc mini crawlers.

FEATURES:

  1. New Hard Body with Red Daylight and Main LED Light:

   - This will enhance the visual appeal and visibility of the Cayman Pro, especially during low-light conditions. Make sure the new body is durable and provides easy access to internal components.

  1. New Full Aluminum Axles with Brass + Metal Gear:

   - The plastic axles from the Cayman Pro is now upgraded to full aluminum axles with brass components and metal gears.  That will significantly improves strength and durability. This should also enhance the overall robustness and high-end look of the crawler.

  1. New much stronger steel Driveshaft:

   - The plastic driveshaft from the Cayman Pro is now upgraded to steel driveshaft that will provide added strength and durability, especially in demanding off-road conditions. They are less prone to bending or breaking compared to plastic drifshaft in the Cayman Pro version.

  1. Generous 7.5 Degree Skid Angle:

   - High skid angel 7.5 degrees can improve the approach and departure angles, reducing the risk of getting stuck on obstacles. This modification enhances the crawler's ability to navigate challenging terrains.

  1. All-in-One ESC with RX (Lizard Pro + RX + APP wiresless module):

   - Combining the ESC and receiver into one unit can reduce clutter and simplify the wiring setup. Ensure that the integrated unit maintains the high-quality features of the individual components.  The integration of wireless app connectivity in an RC crawler like the Cayman Pro SZK offers a convenient way to adjust and fine-tune various settings on the fly without touching the vehicle.

  1. Better oversized Oil Shocks:

   - Oil shocks provide smoother and more adjustable damping, allowing for better suspension tuning based on the terrain. This upgrade contributes to improved handling and stability.

  1. High-Clearance Aluminum Links:

   - High-clearance aluminum links will enhance ground clearance, reducing the chances of getting hung up on obstacles. This is particularly beneficial for tackling rough and uneven terrain.

  1. Better and bigger wheels and tires

   - The addition of new, bigger, and higher-quality rubber tires with a diameter of 1.2 inches is a significant enhancement of the overall off-road capabilities and appearance of the Cayman Pro , providing enthusiasts with a more enjoyable and realistic experience.

These upgrades collectively enhance the performance, durability, and appearance of the Cayman Pro, making it a more capable and visually appealing RC crawler.

Horrible customer service

I see not much has changed from the original Cayman Pro RTR to the newest one. I bought the original, along with a bunch of other things like tires, rims, etc... Spent a total of about $600. Literally before I ever got to even drive the thing, the front diff was blown out, good luck finding those parts. Almost 3 months later, the full front axle assembly arrives, I get it installed, hit the power button to turn the truck on and it immediately takes off at full speed. I had to grab it, to keep it from going off the table, and when I did, SNAP, the rear drive shaft snaps. Another 2 month wait, and all before I ever drove the truck a single inch.

Breaking parts was not that big of a deal, this is RC, and broken parts are expected. The lack of replacements for the most fragile RC I have ever owned, and the lack of any caring or trying to rectify the problem by Furitek was horrendous. Not only will I never buy another Furitek item again, but I literally have not purchased another RC related item for any RC since this ordeal, and before this incident I have spent thousands of dollars, possibly 10s of thousands over the years. I felt robbed after this happened, as I now have a $600 paperweight. It is a real shame, too, as this truck had so much possibility. Seems Furitek can make some really cool things, but trying to make their stuff durable in any way seems to have been set aside, and rushing to get their "high end", extremely fragile, mini crawler to market, they didn't even have any parts available for customers to repair them.

Now, it seems, they didn't learn anything from that first truck, as they are repeating the exact same mis-steps on the latest iteration, which implies to me that it is purely intentional.

good idea poor quality and service

got for my birthday. drove for 10 minutes inside. servo stopped responding. let furitek usa know was told basically not their problem get in touch with furitek main. wow talk about not supporting what you sell. got response from furitek. after back and forth and video they told me new servo coming. not sure when but that was two weeks ago. purchased new servo while i wait. installed today and after another 10 minutes noticed that rear right wheel not spinning. sent another email. now i just wait and hope. maybe i can send it back for a refund. not fun having to replace parts on a truck that should be great (but is not). maybe furitek customer service will step up and make this right so i can post a better review. as of now i definitely do not recommend this product.

Awesome product

When i received my cayman i had issues pairing it with my receiver that came with it, after figuring out that the remote itself had a pinched wire under the circuit board i got it to work just fine, i think its an amazing crawler out of the box but i think there can be some slight improvements with the stock wheels, the foam inside them is very firm, however most people have their own wheels to upgrade with so its not to much of an issue, ive heard people complain about the price but i think its a great value for the money considering how much it would cost to build if you were going to do it yourself, i think it could use some better packaging and more weight with brass parts, hopefully furitek makes upgrades for the Cayman pro szk as i will continue to support them. Dont be afraid to take a chance on this amazing little rig because its very capable

Nice performance. Terrible servo

Servo is weak and lasted 20min. After installing an upgraded servi though, this is a fun and high performer. Better climber than my heavily modded fcx24 wagon. Headlights are a fun touch and the styling is...
