With smaller size, yet powerful like our famous KOMODO 2204 motor, the MINI KOMODO is super smooth, light weight, small in size and offers lower C.G. than the KOMODO 2204 motor and more powerful than the Micro KOMODO 1212 motor. This design will give best performances for your 1/24 crawlers.

Fantastic motor more than enough power for 6 wheels small light and compact definitely a good option for and mini crawler
More powerful than the micro and better slow speed control. Smaller length but wider in diameter so in certain set ups you might have to trim some plastic plates but not much. Overall I’d say in most cases this is the better option
Motorworks awesome besides can’t get the Pinion off grub screw sets in the wrong spot .it’s hits gear every time it goes around cannot get grubs screw out to move Pinion should not put pinion on should let customer do it
Had a few minor issues when the motor was received, support took care of them immediately.
Tons of power, smooth.
i was spoiled by the buttery smooth micro komodo (on firmware 2.15, unlike the latest vers.).
so when the new mini komodo jittered quite badly in the 20-35% throttle range when under a bit of stress (i.e. uphill), i thought it's broken. thus i bought a second mini komodo, and even upgraded to a furitek lizard ultimate esc because i thought it might be related, only to find it behaves the same.
it seems Furitek is working on it by addressing it in the latest firmware (1.9). unfortunately it only made it worse in another way by "locking" the motor in a very slow state which i only can get out of by completely letting go of the throttle.
i'm optimistic a future update will remedy this but as of right now, it's only enjoyable for me in the FOC range or above "35%" throttle
